Gas, Government of India as Director (Finance), Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited <\/p>\n
(CPCL). Mr.Rohit Kumar Agrawala (50) is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters <\/p>\n
Degree in Business Administration (Gold Medalist) from Xavier Institute of Management, <\/p>\n
Bhubaneswar. He started his career in Indian Oil Corporation in 1997 and has a multi-unit <\/p>\n
experience having worked in Refineries of IOCL in Guwahati, Paradip, Vadodara and <\/p>\n
Mathura. He has more than ten years of experience in Corporate Finance. He was Team <\/p>\n
Lead for multiple Change Management assignments in IOCL. Prior to joining CPCL, he <\/p>\n
was Chief General Manager (Finance), Business Development Division, IOCL Corporate <\/p>\n
Office, New Delhi. <\/p>\n
He is an avid learner with a particular interest in the “Capital Market \u2013 Governing <\/p>\n
Innovation Ecosystem and sustainability of Business.” <\/p>\n
As the Director of Finance at CPCL with HR function is reporting to him, a prominent <\/p>\n
refining company in South India, he excels not only in financial management but also in <\/p>\n
developing a robust HR infrastructure. His role involves leading transformational <\/p>\n
