Bishwadeep Ghose is the Country Director of Water For People India, an international nonprofit working to ensure safe water, sanitation, and hygiene for all. With almost three decades of experience in sustainable development, Bishwadeep has led initiatives that connect water security with agriculture, livelihoods, and climate resilience. 

Under his leadership, Water For People India has implemented innovative, community-driven water management programs across rural and urban regions, empowering local governments and communities to build resilient systems for water and food security.
