Colonel Santosh brings over 30 years of distinguished experience in the Armed Forces, having served in various roles across diverse terrains and operations.  

In addition, he has spent the last 5 years with the National Council for Vocational Education and Training (NCVET), contributing to policy formulation, strengthening delivery systems, and monitoring key government regulatory schemes within the skill ecosystem.  

His expertise spans developing modules on employability, life skills, and soft skills; aligning qualifications with the National Skills Qualifications Framework; advising on the design of skill programs; and fostering industry engagement.  

Col Santosh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University and a Master’s degree from Pune University.
