An Electronics Engineering graduate from NIT Karnataka and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Duke University, he blends technical depth with strategic and financial acumen. A disciplined and people-centric leader, Neerav is known for his clarity in communication, governance-driven leadership, and practical, agile execution – a blend shaped by his diverse global experience and deep understanding of the Indian energy landscape.

Before joining BluPine in 2021 as the founding CEO for Actis-backed BluPine Energy, Neerav held senior leadership roles with ENGIE in India and North America, where he led multi-billion-dollar portfolios, managed large-scale renewable operations, and drove both organic and inorganic business growth. His career spans leadership across power generation, asset management, M&A, strategy, business development, and energy services.
