Mr Nikhil Dhingra is a visionary business leader with over 21 years of experience driving growth and innovation across various sectors.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ACME Solar Holdings Ltd (ACME Solar) and also serves as Whole Time Director on the Company’s Board. In his role at ACME Solar, he helms the company’s strategic direction to bring a results-driven organizational mindset grounded in collaboration, agility, and long-term value creation. He is developing and executing long-term growth strategies for ACME Solar’s ambitious target of achieving 10 GW capacity by 2030 and oversees all aspects of the company’s operations while ensuring that the organization achieves its business goals.

Prior to current role, Nikhil was CEO at Oriental Tollways and at Acme Solar Holdings . Before his corporate journey with Acme Solar, He held leadership roles in Investment banking at ICICI Securities where he successfully led high-performing teams, cultivated strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, board members and spearheaded initiatives across functions for turning vision into reality. He began his professional journey with Infosys, SAP Labs and mastered the strategy ropes at PWC.

Nikhil holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from NIT, Kurukshetra and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from the prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore.
