Palash Yadav leads corporate sustainability and value chain advisory at the Trade Council of the Royal Danish Embassy (Ministry of Foreign Affairs Denmark) in India. In this role, he works closely with Danish companies operating across India and South Asia to support responsible sourcing, ESG integration, and resilient value chains across sectors including manufacturing, water and environment, energy, maritime, food, and Health 

Prior to this role, he has worked extensively with global consulting firms on climate and sustainability research, ESG strategy, social audits, and biodiversity impact assessments, supporting global companies and investors in understanding and managing environmental and social risks across complex value chains. His experience spans climate risk analysis, ,nature-related impacts, with a strong focus on translating data and standards into practical decision-making. 

He actively works on advancing cross-border collaboration under the India–Denmark Green Strategic Partnership.
