Ms. Sheetal Sharad is the Chief Ratings Officer of ICRA ESG Ratings. She has been associated with Group ICRA since 2008 and over the years has been involved in executing rating assignments and carrying out research activities across various sectors. She was also a member of the Rating Committee of ICRA for Corporate Ratings and IPO Monitoring.

Prior to joining ICRA, Sheetal was a Corporate Banker at ICICI Bank. She earned a Masters in Business Administration from IIT Madras and also holds the Institute’s gold medal for exceptional academic performance. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University. Sheetal is currently pursuing her doctorate in Sustainable Finance and ESG from IIM Lucknow.
