The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (<strong>\u201cOrganiser\u201d<\/strong>).<\/li><li>All information and documents shall be submitted by the Applicant in English language. Documents shall not be password protected and once submitted for evaluation are not permitted for any editing. Re-submission of documents are also not allowed.<\/li><li>Applicant shall ensure that they have the intellectual property rights &amp; other rights of the brand being submitted for the nomination. In case of agency, they need to authenticate the same.<\/li><li>Organiser may contact the Applicants at the request of jury, during the judging process, should any questions about the implementation or presentation of the work arise.<\/li><li>Organiser shall have the right to use the submitted information in form of text, images, audio\/video clips in Print, Radio, TV (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, direct-to-home), Mobile, Out-of-Home, Internet or any other Digital medium for promoting or reporting the awards, with due credit to the Applicant.<\/li><li>Organisers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.<\/li><li>At no stage of the jury meetings for Times Now Global Sustainability Alliance \u2013 SDG Summit 2024 and Awards 2024 will anyone from the Organizers team will be a part of the decision-making process.<\/li><li>Decision of the Organizer in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant.<\/li><li>Decision taken by the Organizer based upon the observation &amp; recommendations of Jury members with respect to the evaluation\/disqualification\/qualification\/re-categorisation is final and binding for all Applicants. No claims\/queries raised with respect to the same will be entertained in this regard.<\/li><li>TSSL takes photographs, audio and videos of the Event, which might also reflect presence of your representatives. TSSL reserves the right to use this in its promotional materials in print, electronic, TV and other media, TSSL website &amp; social media platforms. Applicant confirms that it has consented to TSSL using their video\/ picture captured during the Event.<\/li><li>Any agency applying on behalf of an Applicant will need their approval in the form and manner, if requested by the Organiser.<\/li><li>Nomination will be considered accepted only when the nomination fee as prescribed has been received by the Organiser. Cash not accepted.<\/li><li>We presume that all nomination sent to us are based on original work. If a nomination is found to be plagiarized\/ not factual, it will be disqualified.<\/li><li>Award will be conferred at the Event and the Awardee organization may advertise receipt of the Award subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines.<\/li><li>Advertisement by the Awardee should be only for the category in which they have received the award and not for some other category.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Please note that there will not be any refunds under any circumstances.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>If no Applicant in a category is found to be worthy of inclusion by the Jury, the Award category may be cancelled by the Jury. The Jury may decide to add nominees in the category to maintain high standards of participation. The decision of the Jury in this regard will be final, non-contestable and binding on all participants and Organizer will not entertain any queries in this regard.<\/li><li>All mandatory fields of the application form need to be complete in all respects; else it may be disqualified from participation.<\/li><li>By submitting the nomination, Applicant permit the organizer to produce the content for the jury and any purposes related to the awards.<\/li><li>The submitted content are the sole responsibility of the Applicant submitting the nomination and at no point in time the organisers will be liable for the content submitted.<\/li><li>Organizers reserve the right to disqualify a nomination if it doesn\u2019t meet the criteria and\/or is misleading or offend national or religious sentiment.
