Ms. Sheetal Sharad is the Chief Ratings Officer of ICRA ESG Ratings. She has been
\nassociated with Group ICRA since 2008 and over the years has been involved in executing
\nrating assignments and carrying out research activities across various sectors. She was
\nalso a member of the Rating Committee of ICRA for Corporate Ratings and IPO
\nMonitoring.
\nPrior to joining ICRA, Sheetal was a Corporate Banker at ICICI Bank. She earned a Masters
\nin Business Administration from IIT Madras and also holds the Institute’s gold medal for
\nexceptional academic performance. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics
\nand Telecommunication from Rajiv Gandhi Technical University. Sheetal is currently
