His work blends deep technical\u00a0expertise\u00a0with on-ground insights, enabling government agencies, industry partners, and international organizations to navigate complex mobility and environmental challenges.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mr. Qamar has contributed to a wide spectrum of national and international projects focused on freight decarbonization across railways, roadways, and shipping,\u00a0fuel<\/span>\u2011<span data-contrast=\"auto\">efficiency\u00a0standards, urban mass transit, electrification of freight fleets, EV transition roadmaps,\u00a0retrofitment\u00a0policy design, Scope 3 emission assessments, GHG calculators for logistics, and green port and shipping solutions, among others.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">His work consistently bridges policy, data, technology, and implementation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He is also the author of two books that reflect his deep engagement with India\u2019s evolving transport landscape:<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">-\u202f<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bookstore.teri.res.in\/books\/9789394657038\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Clean Transport in India: The Pathway to Sustainable Transport<\/span><\/a><br \/>\n<span data-contrast=\"auto\">&#8211; Dedicated Freight Corridors: Vision to Reality.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">He is a postgraduate in Economics from Jamia Millia Islamia, and a China-India Visiting Scholar (CIVS) Fellow from Ashoka University.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":15732,"menu_order":0,"template":"","team_designation":[],"team_department":[83],"class_list":["post-15752","team","type-team","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","team_department-gsa-masterclass-delhi"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.2 -
