With 16 years of experience in Human Resources, Vaibhav is passionate about driving talent excellence and transformation at Nestlé South Asia Region, where he leads the Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Talent Management, DEI, and Employee Wellbeing functions for South Asia Region. He has been instrumental in implementing global HR best practices, enhancing employee engagement and retention, developing leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.

Vaibhav has held various other HR roles at Nestlé, including Head of Talent for Indochina and HR Business Partner for Zone Asia, Oceania, Africa while based out of Switzerland. Before Nestlé he has worked with ITC Ltd. as HR Manager for a large-scale unionized factory; and as a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young, where he provided HR consulting to small and mid-sized companies.

Besides his professional interests, he is an avid reader, swimmer and angel investor.
