With over two decades of experience in insurance broking, reinsurance, and third-party administration, Dr. Dadia is recognized for his strategic leadership, having previously served as CEO of Aditya Birla Insurance Brokers Ltd. for 12 years. His tenure is marked by driving exceptional growth, fostering innovation, and creating a collaborative work culture.<\/p>\n<p>At Lockton India, Dr. Dadia has prioritized digital and technology-driven initiatives, focusing on four pillars\u2014Human Capital, Technology, Servicing, and Governance. Under his leadership, the company has emerged as one of the top five insurance brokers in the country. Dr. Dadia also serves on several industry committees, including the Board of Directors of the Insurance Brokers Association of India (IBAI) and advisory roles with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and IRDAI.<\/p>\n<p>Renowned for his expertise in Employee Benefits, Liability, Trade Credit, and Property insurance, Dr. Dadia has forged long-lasting relationships with industry leaders like Hitesh Kotak of Munich Re and Tapan Singhel of Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. He is also known for his strong governance, having maintained a flawless compliance record throughout his career.<\/p>\n<p>A former medical doctor, Dr. Dadia transitioned into insurance in 2003 and played a key role in significant M&amp;A deals in the Indian insurance broking industry. Beyond business, he is a spiritual seeker and author of *A Soul Tie*, a reflection of his personal journey.
