He has been instrumental in implementing global HR best practices, enhancing employee engagement and retention, developing leadership capabilities, and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>Vaibhav has held various other HR roles at Nestl\u00e9, including Head of Talent for Indochina and HR Business Partner for Zone Asia, Oceania, Africa while based out of Switzerland.
