In L&T Technology Service, Sonal\u2019s role is to Lead leadership and people capability across levels to support organizational effectiveness and business rigor. Her key role is to build the talent capital in alignment with the organization\u2019s strategic intent. She heads \u00a0two functions : Organisation Development which works along with the CEO & CXO\u2019s to build a Leadership pipeline, Succession Planning and Culture and Organisation Effectiveness, which is \u00a0responsible for strategizing Learning & Development needs for the organization to ensure capability building & organisation Effectiveness. \u00a0She also heads \u00a0the Diversity & Inclusion Portfolio for the organisation .<\/p>\n
