In his two decades of global, cross-cultural HR experience, he has worked in various sectors, including IT\/ITES, oil and gas, Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, and Manufacturing. He has lived and practised HR in the Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Russia, and Europe.<\/p>\n
He is currently the CHRO, Chief Human Resources Officer at AIonOS<\/strong> (Artificial Intelligence on Operating Systems), an IT joint venture between InterGlobe Enterprises and Assago Group, spearheaded by Industry veteran leader Mr. CP Gurnani.\u00a0 Prior to this, he served as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of HR at AdvantageClub.ai, a Global HR Technology (SaaS) platform serving 5 million employees in the HRTech domain.<\/p>\n In his previous role, Raj has led Concentrix’s global digital talent strategy across 40 nations. Additionally, he spearheaded the HR department for 70,000 employees across 13 locations in India and the ASEAN region. He also initiated the automation and modernisation of Concentrix’s HR operations.<\/p>\n Leading newspapers, business journals, TV stations, and international conferences feature his opinions and perspectives.
