As the Chief Human Resources Officer at InMobi and Glance, Shefali is responsible for setting the companies’ talent strategy and shaping a culture that drives innovation, agility, and high performance across the organization.<\/p>\n
With over 19 years of HR leadership experience, Shefali has played a pivotal role at InMobi since joining in 2011. She has held multiple leadership roles within the company and was instrumental in establishing and scaling the People function at Glance since its inception in 2019, where she last served as Vice President of People & Culture.<\/p>\n
Before joining InMobi, Shefali worked at Yahoo.
