Ms. Shikha Gupta is the Chief Human Resources Officer/Senior VP, HR, CSR and Admin for Luminous Power Technologies, Pvt. Ltd., a leading consumer goods and services company.  She holds more than 2 decades of experience across different sectors in the HR & People domain. Her core skills include employee engagement, talent management, performance management, leadership development, mentoring, leadership and HiPo development, career management and succession planning.

She has joined Luminous from Schneider Electric, where she served as the Director of HR and DEI for India and South Asia. In her most recent role, she has been driving people priorities across Services, CCC CSQ, Territory Finance, Global Finance & Governance and CDO and has been instrumental in leading Services evolution and Finance transformation. Additionally, she has been leading DEI agenda for Greater India influencing leaders and employees to bring a shift in the mindset. She is at the helm of HR and people practices, policies, strengthening the talent resource, to effectively support the overall business plan, corporate strategy and growth. She is also in-charge of CSR and administrative functions at Luminous.

Shikha holds a degree in Management from The Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata, and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Jiwaji University, Gwalior along with a certification in Hogan Assessment. Her educational background and extensive industry exposure has given her a nuanced understanding of best industry practices, which she adeptly applies to drive the growth and success in people & CSR functions at Luminous.

Her expertise plays a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and building cross collaboration among the Schnieder Electric companies.
