Ms. Chandra Bhattacharjee is a seasoned HR professional with over three decades of experience in the Human Resources function in large diversified organizations. Her experience spans the gamut of the HR function ranging from hands on management of the function to leading the strategy for the function at a Global scale. She is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer for Grasim Industries Limited – Jayashree Textiles, Acrylic Fibre, and Overseas Spinning for the Aditya Birla Group. Chandra has been recognized by ET-HR with the “impactful HR leaders” award for 2024 and by BW-HR as amongst the top HR leaders in India. Her areas of passion include DEI , learning and Leadership Development .

She has worked with the Aditya Birla Group for over two decades and in her past assignments has spearheaded the Group HRMS implementation and held the role of CHRO for the Chemicals Fashion Yarn and Insulators businesses of the Group .
