Karan Bakshi, a distinguished leader with over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Currently, Karan serves as the India Pacific Director of Talent Acquisition at Cummins, where he leads talent initiatives across 20 countries, overseeing the hiring of approximately 4,000 individuals in a region with a revenue of approximately 5 billion USD. 
Previously, Karan has held significant roles at companies like Michelin and Mastercard. At Michelin, he was the Regional Director for Africa, India, and the Middle East region, and also served as the Head of Talent Management. His strategic vision and leadership have been instrumental in driving talent growth and organizational success. 
Karan is an alumnus of the prestigious IIM Kozhikode and holds a degree in Computer Science from Mumbai University. He is also an Executive & Leadership certified coach from the International Coach Federation (ICF). Additionally, he is a distinguished alumnus of the IIM Kolkata Law School, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Corporate Laws.
