She has worked with large multinationals leading critical growth verticals and currently heads Business Expansion at Onsurity, India’s fastest-growing health tech company for startups and SMEs. Meenal’s extensive experience spans value-based selling through data analytics, designing flexible benefit programs for multinationals, establishing policies for first-time buyers, building SME portfolio, and driving client-centric initiatives.

Having worked across various regions in India, Meenal possesses a deep understanding of diverse buying behaviors. She is an associate of the Insurance Institute of India and holds a Master’s Diploma from the Indian Academy of Training and Development.
