I always try to enable the teams by asking reflective questions so that they come up with the real problem and solution. HR leaders often try and deliberate, in isolation, with people who have similar skill sets / knowledge but forget the most powerful ideas are created when there is diversity of thoughts which can only come in when we create and leverage network of teams from different functions and work groups.
