Rahul is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Tata Chemicals.

He has 25 years of professional experience of which 16yrs in HR leadership role facilitating high performing culture, improving HR functional delivery, building leadership pipeline and managing the change process.

Rahul joined the Tata group in 2018 with his first role being at Trent Hypermarket Pvt. Ltd. He moved to Tata Chemicals in June 2023 and currently oversees the global functions of human resources & administration.

During his professional career Rahul has worked with Philips, Novartis, ICICI and Saint-Gobain Group.

Rahul did Masters in Labour Studies from Mumbai University and is also a certified HRD Auditor & MBTI Accreditor.

Rahul is a professional member of SHRM, NHRD and NIPM and also represents the company and industry in several professional forums.
