As the Global CHRO of EPL Limited, a market leader in the laminated tube business, I partner with the Global Executive team to shape and drive profitable, sustainable business growth and thriving employee experience. EPL Limited operates in 12 countries with 22 manufacturing plants serving customers in 85+ countries and 6000+ employees. EPL Limited is a listed company in India. Prior to this Sonal has led leadership roles across Unilever, Johnson and Johnson and Wipro Technology. Many of her roles covered global landscape. Over and above Business growth and transformation, Sonal is passionate about Sustainability, Community and building Diverse Workforce.     
She is a part of the National Committee for Leadership and HR for CII and has led a project for CII in India.

Outside of work, Sonal enjoys traveling, contributing to the HR community in India, writing professional articles, as well as spending time with her husband Om, and kids Nishil and Tanish, and her parents, who all stay together.
