The organizations and leaders will be shortlisted with the help the criteria set by our “Research Partner”. To recognize some of the leading CHROs our Research partner will lay down certain parameters along with weightage across segments to have a robust review of the assesses.
They will evaluate over 1000 CHROs across Large, Medium, Small and Start-ups/ Emerging enterprises. They used a two-pronged approach of secondary research coupled with primary research.
