With more than 24 years of experience in the human resources industry, Aditya Mishra is an accomplished leader. As the CEO and Managing Director of CIEL, he has steered the company to become a prominent holistic talent solutions provider, operating across 90 offices and 45 locations in India. Aditya’s career commenced at Larsen & Toubro, and he later joined Ma Foi as a Senior Consultant. Throughout his professional journey, he has effectively overseen large-scale recruitment projects in diverse sectors such as Engineering, Consumer Products, Financial Services, IT and Outsourcing, Manufacturing, and Pharmaceuticals. His expertise in the field is widely recognised, and he actively participates in the CII HR Forum and the Indian Staffing Federation (ISF).

Fueled by a passion for technology, Aditya played a crucial role in introducing innovative solutions at CIEL. Under his guidance, the company has successfully placed over 1,80,000 candidates in permanent and contractual roles, earning CIEL the distinction of being a Great Place to Work Certified organization for 5 consecutive years.

Aditya holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunication) from Sambalpur University and a Master’s in Business Administration from Jadavpur University. He also holds certifications as a Six Sigma Green Belt and a Certified Assessor on Business Excellence on the EFQM model. Besides his leadership responsibilities, Aditya is a regular contributor to national media discussions on employment and HR matters, and he maintains an active blog, sharing insightful thought leadership on topics related to HR services domain.
