Aditya Mittal is the Head of Human Resources, Indian Subcontinent & India CHRO and has been in this role since December 2022.

He spent the early part of his HR career with affiliates of the BAT group in India before joining Citi, India in 1993. At Citi, he has held varied roles including Senior HRG supporting Regional Consumer Bank, HR Director for the Singapore Consumer Bank and senior cross franchise assignments in both Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment and Learning & Development, spanning across geographies such as Malaysia, Singapore, India over the past 30 years.

Aditya holds a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering (First-Class Honours) and a Master’s in Human Resources. His diverse interests include distance running, swimming, badminton, meditation, and vocal Indian classical music.
