Bhavna has been with Deutsche Bank since Nov 2015 and has held multiple roles in the organisation which is a testament to the dynamic nature of the organisation and opportunities for those who are willing to take risks. She is a staunch advocate for Diversity & Inclusion and is the co lead in Deutsche Bank focusing on LGBTQ+, People with Disabilities and Gender Equity.  

A certified Mental Health first aider from MHFA, she has been working closely on building awareness and breaking taboos which was even more relevant during the pandemic.  

Bhavna has worked across multiple roles primarily in Human Resources with organisations such as Trafigura, Standard Chartered and Johnson & Johnson during her career.  

She is a graduate from St Xaviers College Mumbai and completed her MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur.
