The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (<strong>\u201cOrganiser\u201d<\/strong>).<\/li>\n \t<li>Participants need to complete the questionnaire based on their Indian operations, in the event they have operations both in and outside India<\/li>\n \t<li>Applicant shall ensure that they have the intellectual property rights &amp; other rights of the brand being submitted for the nomination. In case of agency, they need to authenticate the same.<\/li>\n \t<li>Organiser may contact Applicant, after submission of the nomination, in case of any queries.<\/li>\n \t<li>Organisers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.<\/li>\n \t<li>The Recognition will be conferred at the Event and the recipient organization may promote receipt of the same subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines.<\/li>\n \t<li>All the Confidential information collected by Organiser from the Applicant shall be kept confidential.<\/li>\n \t<li>Applicants waive and release any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and causes of action against the organiser &amp; Research Partner individually and collectively, arising out of or related to the decisions made during the selection process.<\/li>\n \t<li>The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or refuse a nomination if the information provided are incomplete or it violates any law or if doesn\u2019t meet the criteria and\/or is misleading.<\/li>\n \t<li>The decision of Organiser in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant.
