Mr. Kalpesh Dave is a seasoned banking and wealth management professional with over two decades of
leadership experience across investments, private banking, and financial planning. Currently serving as
the Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Bajaj Capital Ltd, one of India\u2019s leading investment advisory firms,
Mr. Dave spearheads investment operations, sales, and client servicing, focusing on delivering bespoke,
value-driven financial solutions to HNI, UHNI, family offices, and NRI clientele.
A results-oriented leader with a deep understanding of financial markets, Mr. Dave has played a pivotal
role in shaping high-growth strategies and innovation-led transformations across premier institutions.
Prior to joining Bajaj Capital, he was a founding team member of InCred Wealth, where he scaled the
business from inception to managing over $1.2 billion in assets. His career spans senior leadership roles
with L&T Private Banking, Aditya Birla Wealth, Kotak Mahindra Bank, and ICICI Bank.
Professional Journey
Mr. Dave began his career in foreign remittances and trade finance, building a solid foundation in
international business and financial strategy. He transitioned into retail banking at ICICI Bank, where he
served as Branch Manager and mastered the nuances of customer relationship management and branch
operations.
At Kotak Mahindra Bank, he led the affluent business as Area Manager and was later elevated to Circle
Head, a role in which he implemented several high-impact initiatives that significantly boosted business
performance. He was recognized as Best Priority Area Manager for his outstanding achievements.
Expanding into wealth management, Mr. Dave held key leadership roles at Aditya Birla Wealth and L&T
Private Banking, managing complex client portfolios, including international family offices and NRI clients.
His entrepreneurial acumen came to the fore at InCred Wealth, where he played a foundational role in
building a robust private wealth practice from the ground up.
In his current capacity at Bajaj Capital, Mr. Dave combines his deep industry insights with strategic
