Terms & Conditions

  • Entries can be submitted by an entity having business operations in India (hereinafter referred to as the “Applicant”). The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd. (“Organiser”).
  • All mandatory fields of the Nomination Form need to be complete in all respects; otherwise, the nomination may be disqualified from participation.
  • The submitted contents are the sole responsibility of the Applicant, and at no point in time will the Organiser be liable for the content submitted.
  • The Applicant declares that the details furnished are correct and complete. In case any information is found to be false, untrue, misleading, or misrepresenting, the Applicant will be liable and accountable for any consequences resulting thereto, including indemnifying the Organiser for any expenses, costs, losses, or damages.
  • By submitting the nomination, the Applicant permits the Organiser to produce the content before the jury and for any purposes related to the awards. All information received from the Applicants shall be kept confidential and shall not be used for any purpose other than the purpose for which it has been collected.
  • All information and documents shall be submitted by the Applicant in the English language. Documents shall not be password protected, and once submitted for evaluation, they are not permitted to be edited. Re-submission of documents is also not allowed.
  • Only those attachments which are submitted as per the prescribed format will be considered for the purpose of evaluation.
  • Applicants understand that mere submission of a nomination does not entitle the Nominee to be shortlisted or receive the Award. The Applicant shall depute their representative for the final award ceremony.
  • Organiser will not be a part of the decision-making process during Jury meetings.
  • Jury Member shall decide on evaluation/disqualification/qualification/re-categorisation for all Applicants.
  • If no Applicant in a category is found to be credible of inclusion by the Jury, such Award category may be changed, cancelled, or merged with another category.
  • If Jury member/s are from the same organization of the entity that submitted a nomination, that specific entry will not be evaluated by those jury member/s.
  • The decision of the Jury shall be final, non-contestable, and binding on all participants. The Organiser shall not entertain any queries in this regard.
  • Organiser shall not be under any obligation to disclose scores obtained by the Applicant/Awardee.
  • Organisers may modify the terms of the Award without notice; hence, Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
  • Organiser has the right to ask for proof of information provided in the nomination form. If such a request is made and the Applicant does not provide it or the information provided is incorrect, then the Applicant could be disqualified, and if the Award is already conferred, then the Awardee shall be liable to return the Award and withdraw the promotional materials from all the platforms.
  • Organiser shall not be liable for any loss or damage that an Applicant, Awardee, or any third party suffers as a result of participating or attempting to participate in the Awards, or the Awards being withdrawn or its terms being amended. The Applicant shall hold harmless the Organiser, its employees or representatives and shall defend them against any loss, claims, demands, costs, damages, judgments, expenses, or liability arising out of or in connection with any claims related to participation in or winning the Award.
  • Organisers reserve the right to disqualify a nomination if it does not meet the criteria and/or is misleading, or may refuse entries that may offend national or religious sentiments.
  • Organiser may contact the Applicant at the request of the Jury during the evaluation process, should any questions about the implementation or presentation of the work arise.
  • Organiser shall have the right to use the submitted information in the form of text, images, audio/video clips in Print, Radio, TV (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, direct-to-home), Mobile, Out-of-Home, electronic hyperlink to the website of the Applicant, Internet, or any other Digital medium for promoting or reporting the Awards.
  • Applicant grants the Organiser a royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use and display their participation in the Awards, and any intellectual property in relation to and arising out of such participation in the Awards and picture and footage thereof, which shall include trade publications, press releases, and electronic posting to the Website.
  • Organiser will have no liability to the Applicant who is unable to participate in the Award ceremony, for whatever reason.
  • If the Winner fails to collect the Award at the Award ceremony, then the Organiser will attempt to deliver the same on a best-effort basis. Any Award not collected within 10 days shall be forfeited, and the Winner will be disqualified.
  • Organiser cannot and shall not be accountable/liable for any disruptions, stoppages, interruptions, or cancellation of the Awards due to any reasons.
  • The decision of the Organiser in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant.
  • Awards will be announced only during the Award ceremony; hence, the Applicant shall not rely on any confirmation about receiving the Award by anyone through any medium. The Organiser shall not be responsible for the same.
  • All entries shall be original work, and if an entry is found to be plagiarized/not factual, it shall be disqualified. The Applicant shall ensure they have intellectual property rights and other rights of the brand being submitted for nomination.
  • Advertisement by the Awardee should be only for the category in which they have received the Award and not for any other category. The Awardee may promote receipt of the Award subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines and other applicable laws.
  • No disputes, challenges, or appeals regarding any aspect of the entry process, selection process, or results will be entertained under any circumstances. The Applicant waives all rights to initiate any legal action or seek any form of redress against the Organiser, its affiliates, Jury members, or any parties involved in the Award process.
  • All disputes relating to or arising out of the Awards/nominations shall be subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
  • By submission of the nomination, the Applicant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
