I have had a multi-dimensional career 30+ years working across sectors ranging from women Empowerment to Infrastructure on variety of Polices and Projects. I got the opportunity to work across different sectors ranging from rural and agriculture development to hard core infrastructure sectors and heading Independent Profit Centers.

During my hard-core PPP professional tenure of over 20 years working with Multilateral Banks (ADB), Government entities and private sector entities in different capacities, I have worked on PPP Policy development for Urban Development, Toll Policy, Project Structuring and Strategy Development including PPP Guidelines Procurement Process, Approval procedures for PPP and Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation. My professional contributions at different stages of Projects have resulted in decision making of over 150 projects mostly in Urban Sector with a valuation of over USD 9 bn. I worked to Operationalize the Urban Infrastructure Development Company to help Urban Local Bodies to project development, project finance.

I was involved in conceptualizing and establishing India’s first Smart City SPV in Pune. I am the part of a Committee at the Ministry of Urban Affairs to help Cities in India to develop Water and waste management projects.

Apart from contributing towards some challenging projects like 24X7 Water Supply (Aurangabad), 150 bedded cancer hospital (Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation, Municipal Solid and other Waste (Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad), Energy Savings (Pune Smart City), Urban Transport – Metros (Mumbai), Sewage Treatment (Nagpur), Roads (Maharashtra), Airports (Navi Mumbai International Airport), Medical Colleges and Diagnostic Centers (Maharashtra), I have successfully contributed towards India’s first Hyperloop project discussion as a PPP Expert, on the decision-making Board.

My associations involve Government and its agencies (mostly Urban Development), Municipal Bodies and Port Trusts. The Association extends to a quasi-Sovereign Fund viz National Investment and Infrastructure fund as Sr Advisor on their Strategic Initiatives and Policy Advisory function. I have facilitated the development of some of India’s key infrastructure development projects with partners such as city centric corporations, Urban Regional Development Authorities, Finance, Public Works Department Metro Rail Corporations etc. My other expertise is Policy and strategy development, Risk Assessment, Financial structuring, Dispute Resolutions, Negotiations, Monitoring and Evaluation, Smart Cities projects, strong networking in Government and private sector.
