Mr. Rajeev Shrikhande is corporate, contract and project management expert and a civil engineer by experience. He joined the Company as Apprentice in 1986 and worked till 1990 understanding the nature of the profession, company organization and structure. He also worked at sites to get first hand knowledge of the construction industry.

He was appointed Chief Consultant of the Company in April 1990. He was the coordinator for big jobs of multidisciplinary nature which the Company executed successfully like Centre for Advanced Technologies, Indore for Department of Atomic Energy, Computer Centre at College of Military Engineering, Mass Housing Project for CIDCO at Vashi, Breweries Plant Aurangabad, industrial projects at Goa for Siemens Ltd, Crompton Greaves Ltd etc.

He also pioneered the concept of construction audit by producing a complete analysis of projects for a major construction Company. He further consolidated the Construction Audit Cell by doing Technical Audit for many big construction companies.

He was appointed Executive Director of the Company in April 1993 and took over day to day running of the Company. Mr. Rajeev Shrikhande has mastered and directed many key activities like design development, tendering, contract management, construction supervision and project management, technical audit as well as business development, administration and financial management of the company.

He was appointed Jt. Managing Director of the Company in 2004.  Some notable achievements of the company under his leadership are given in the following paragraphs.

Under his dynamic leadership, the turnover of the company has increased substantially.

He has modernized the functioning of the company by bringing in state of the art technologies and total computerized operations.

He has led the company to achieve ISO 45001:2018 (OH&S), ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001 : 2015 certification for design, tendering and contract management services.

Under his leadership, the company has formed associations with many world renowned Multinational Consultancy Companies to execute many big infrastructural projects.

He has led the company into the field of infrastructure development by getting pre-qualified with many notable government agencies / departments and subsequently doing a number of bridge, Fly over and ROB projects as well as Road Projects.

He has expanded the operations of the Company into many states of India as also expanded the company’s operations in international markets like Middle-East, South-East Asia etc.

He has systemized and stream lined design project and contract management consultancy services by standardizing parameters and procedures and recordkeeping for quality management and contract management.
