Gaurav Arora is the Head of Corporate Underwriting & Claims at ICICI Lombard, where he has been a pivotal figure in the company’s risk management operations since June 2001. Over his 23-year tenure with the organization, he has played an instrumental role in developing and executing corporate underwriting strategies and claims management processes, contributing significantly to ICICI Lombard’s position in the general insurance sector.

A graduate of Springdales School, New Delhi, Gaurav holds a Masters in Finance and a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University, providing him with a strong foundation in financial and business principles. His extensive experience at ICICI Lombard, coupled with his academic background, has enabled him to develop deep expertise in insurance risk assessment, underwriting decisions, and claims management, making him a key leader in the organization’s corporate business vertical.
