Kamlesh\u00a0has a successful track\u00a0record of entering new markets &\u00a0businesses and turning them around by placing them on a high growth trajectory.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>As an integral part of the Banking & Financial Services industry, his experience has been shaped over a career spanning 25 years. In his previous role as the <\/span>Managing Director & CEO \u2013 Retail at\u00a0<\/span><\/i>Kotak Securities Limited,\u00a0Kamlesh\u00a0was responsible for planning and executing strategic initiatives. He was instrumental in driving\u00a0the growth and strategy for Secondary Markets, Primary Markets, Margin funding and distribution of Investment products. Prior to joining Kotak Securities Limited,\u00a0Kamlesh\u00a0held various roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited over the course of 19 years.\u00a0His experience spans\u00a0across the asset and liability portfolios, including retail lending, business loans, unsecured loans, mortgages, SME lending,\u00a0HNI\u00a0banking and broking.\u00a0\u00a0He joined\u00a0the bank\u00a0as a Management Trainee and rapidly rose through the ranks to\u00a0become the\u00a0<\/span>Managing Director & CEO \u2013 Retail at\u00a0<\/span><\/i>Kotak Securities Limited.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>In his earlier stint,\u00a0Kamlesh\u00a0has been a part of several prestigious committees including the NSE & BSE Advisory Committees and Secondary Market Advisory Committee (SMAC).\u00a0He\u00a0holds a degree\u00a0in Engineering and is a Management graduate.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Kamlesh\u00a0is a part of the Senior Management Team at Aditya Birla Capital.\u00a0At ABSLI,\u00a0he is focused towards\u00a0taking the company to a leadership position within the private life insurance space.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
