Mallika has more than 23 years of extensive experience in risk management across key private
\nsector banks of the country. She has played critical strategic roles and worked with cross\u0002functional teams in laying down credit policies, developing new products, managed various
\nRetail asset credit portfolios, managed all India geographies, trained underwriting teams,
\nmanaged channel risk across Retail asset products, created and implemented risk assessment
\nand monitoring frameworks and managing regulatory risk. She has held key Risk and
\nRegulatory positions with HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and IndusInd Bank.<\/p>\n
She spearheaded various pivotal roles in her stint of over 17 years at HDFC Bank. She was
\nHead of Credit Policy \u2013 Unsecured Loans & Education Loans for about 10 years, moved on as
\nHead of Enterprise Risk Management. Later took up Head of Retail Operational Risk and Head
\nof Outsourcing Risk Management.<\/p>\n
A native from Jaipur, she holds Bachelor\u2019s degree in Mathematics, Statistics and Economics
\nfrom Rajasthan University. Has dual MBA – MBA(Finance) from J.N.V. University, Jodhpur and
\nExec. MBA (PGPMAX) from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.<\/p>\n
She has been representing as key note speaker on various inter-bank\/finance Risk forums.
