Col. Rajeev Mannali, an army man to the core, spent 34 years in active service. A proud alumnus of Sainik School, Kazhakoottam (1972 batch), he is a graduate of the National Defense Academy, Khadakwasla, and the Defense Services Staff College, Wellington.

On Super annuation he moved into the health care sector in 2009. He started his second innings as MD & CEO of Indo American Hospital, Vakom. He has been in Top Administration at Sree Narayani Hospital & Research Centre, Vellore & also CMC Vellore Chittoor Complex. He has been Executive Director of Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences before he moved to SUT as MD & CEO in 2018. He is a dynamic leader who has turned around institutions through his commitment and application.

He has been a founder member of Association of National Board Accredited Institutions (ANBAI), Association of Healthcare Providers India (AHPI) and Vaikom Management Association (VMA). He has been awarded for excellence in healthcare leadership many times over by governmental and non governmental agencies. He is a prolific writer and is a much sought after speaker on management, healthcare and spiritual matters.
