Before this assignment he has served for 22 years in KNP (total 40 yrs of experience) and specialized in Business Transformation (International Business), Project Management, Digitalization, Operations Management (International & Pan India), Supply Chain, Business Process Reengineering, TPM, Lean Sigma, IT projects Implementation, Change Management, Sales & Marketing and Business Development etc..

His last position held in KNP: Head of Manufacturing (6 plants across India with Mfg. value of Rs. 3500 CR)
