Throughout his career, he held key leadership position across global benchmark organisations such as Bosch (India and Germany), Bajaj, Endurance technology and Crompton Greaves consumer electrical Ltd, where he played a crucial role in driving operational efficiencies and business growth. He successfully implemented transformation projects in Lean Manufacturing, improving efficiency and effectiveness in Supply chain management, Fostering innovation in Manufacturing processes.
 
At present he is heading operations in Exide Industries and responsible for end to end Operations including responsibility of R&D, SCM & Quality.
