He leads the Industrial Manufacturing and Auto Sector for Human Capital Advisory practice at KPMG India and has helped leadership of large organizations to build a “fit for growth” organization with world-class productivity levels.

Prior to KPMG he has established and spearheaded the HR Consulting business for PKC Advisory and has worked at Accenture in Talent & Organization consulting
