Ms. Shashi Shetty leads Sustainability for SKF India and Southeast Asia, bringing over 16 years of experience in corporate sustainability. With expertise spanning both corporate and consultancy roles, she has driven strategic initiatives in decarbonization, circularity, biodiversity, water management, and supply chain sustainability.

She specializes in climate change transformation, sustainability communication and reporting in alignment with various national and international standards. Her strength lies in addressing sustainability challenges through collaboration and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. She has also contributed to advancing sustainability agendas for organizations and industry bodies such as WBCSD, CII, and FICCI by actively engaging in working groups, consultations and delegations.

A strong advocate for awareness and capacity building, she believes that integrating sustainability into any function requires alignment of sustainability/ESG with business goals.

Shashi holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Science from Mumbai University.
