Rupesh Nirgude is a seasoned professional with over two decades of extensive experience in both IT and business functions. He excels as a transformational leader, driving Digital and IT initiatives to achieve tangible business outcomes. Rupesh is adept at resolving complex business challenges by leveraging IT and digital tools, employing design-thinking methods to deliver customer-centric solutions. In his leadership journey, he has established and managed Centre of Excellence (CoEs for SAP, CRM and Data Analytics), managed Global IT Operational Support, IT Governance and<\/p>\n

Rupesh is currently serving as the Chief Information and Digital Officer (CIDO) at Prism Johnson Limited, and steers\u202fthe group’s technology vision through digital capability building.<\/p>\n
