- Entries can be submitted either directly or through any of its agency by any individual or an entity having business operations in India (hereinafter referred as “Applicant”). The Event is organised by Times Strategic Solutions Ltd., (“Organiser”).
- Participants need to complete the questionnaire based on their Indian operations, in the event they have operations both in and outside India
- Applicant shall ensure that they have the intellectual property rights & other rights of the brand being submitted for the nomination. In case of agency, they need to authenticate the same.
- Organiser may contact Applicant, after submission of the nomination, in case of any queries.
- Organisers are entitled to modify the content of the website without prior notice. Applicants are requested to keep themselves updated at regular intervals.
- The Recognition will be conferred at the Event and the recipient organization may promote receipt of the same subject to compliance with ASCI guidelines.
- All the Confidential information collected by Organiser from the Applicant shall be kept confidential.
- Applicants waive and release any and all claims, actions, demands, liabilities, and causes of action against the organiser & Research Partner individually and collectively, arising out of or related to the decisions made during the selection process.
- The organizers reserve the right to disqualify or refuse a nomination if the information provided are incomplete or it violates any law or if doesn’t meet the criteria and/or is misleading.
- The decision of Organiser in relation to the interpretation of any of these Terms shall be final and binding on the Applicant. No claims/queries raised with respect to the same will be entertained in this regard.
