Dr. Ruppal W Sharma is a Professor of Marketing and Design Thinking, Chairperson PGPGM, and Head of the Delhi Centre of S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. She has been in academia for more than 20 years, prior to which she worked in the corporate sector in brand management roles. Her published research is primarily in the area of consumer behaviour and brand strategy.
