Tuhina Pandey is the Director APAC Communications & Marketing, India and South Asia. In her dual leadership roles, she drives integrated communications, brand reputation, and go-to-market initiatives that position IBM as a leader in digital transformation in a dynamic global landscape. She also leads the Center of Gravity site in Bangalore, which includes Marketing, Communications & CSR.

Tuhina joined IBM in 2020 as Head of Communications for India & South Asia. Prior to IBM, she led Global Corporate Communications & Public Affairs at Tech Mahindra. She has also been a business journalist and a technology editor with NDTV.

Her work has earned widespread recognition. Most recently, she was featured among Business World’s Most Influential Women 2025 power list. In 2023, she was named among the E4M Public Relations & Corporate Communications Top 100 Influential Game Changers and recognized as an Aficionado in the Social Media Influencers Listing Engine published by Reputation Today and The PRactice. Additionally, CNBC TV18 Storyboard honored her as a Visionary CMO in the same year.
