Dr. Ruppal W Sharma is a Professor of Marketing and Design Thinking, Chairperson PGPGM, and Head of the Delhi Centre of S P Jain Institute of Management and Research. She has been in academia for more than 20 years, prior to which she worked in the corporate sector in brand management roles.
