Contributions that have left a lasting impact on the organization or industry, such as mentoring future leaders or initiating long-term strategic changes
Track record of upholding ethical practices and fostering an inclusive and transparent workplace culture

Recognized presence as a thought leader through industry awards, keynote engagements, authored insights, or contributions to sectoral forums in the BFSI domain
Methodology
The shortlisting will be carried out by the editorial board of ET Edge Insights through a structured review of publicly available data, industry reports, and proprietary research. Leaders from NBFCs with significant scale—measured by metrics such as annual turnover and AUM—will be evaluated based on their role in driving tech adoption, digital innovation, and transformation strategies.
The evaluation will be segmented into two categories:
NBFCs with an annual turnover of over ₹1,000 crore
NBFCs with an annual turnover of over ₹500 crore
Within these segments, the editorial team will assess leadership based on demonstrable impact, digital maturity, and innovation-led growth. The process will also take into account each leader’s thought leadership, organizational influence, and visibility within the broader financial services ecosystem. Internal editorial scoring and expert insights will guide the final selections, ensuring credibility, industry relevance, and diversity across the list.
