Mr. Manish Kumar Gupta is the Chief Executive of Urban Unsecured Assets, Payments & Digital Partnerships at L&T Finance Ltd. (LTF). He is a senior leader with over 23 years of experience in financial and technology services domains and possesses a deep understanding of the retail and corporate banking landscape. His expertise extends to the rapidly evolving areas of digital banking, payments, and cards.

Prior to LTF, he successfully scaled Glance Digital (InMobi Group) globally, innovating in AI-powered content and commerce experiences on smart devices. His impressive career includes leading major digital and business transformations at giants like ICICI Bank, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, DBS Bank, and TransUnion CIBIL.

Mr. Gupta is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi) and holds an MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad. He is also a Certified Financial Planner and CertICM holder.
