Dr. Udip Maheshwari is a Consultant Medical Oncologist, Clinical head Research Department, MOC cancer care and research centre .Currently handling clinical services at MOC Ghatkopar center. He is associated  with (MOC) Cancer Care and Research Centre since its inception and apart from practicing community oncology and hemat-oncology over the years, have had to play leadership roles in management at various levels. Currently he is  heading the research department which has three wings, 1) Clinical Trials, 2) molecular research and 3) investigator initiated trials and retrospective trials. He looks towards thoracic oncology and hematoncology with a keen eye and he is heading forward to develop these subspecialties as his niche.
