Lt Col A Bhardwaj is a 23-year veteran Indian Army officer with extensive experience in telecommunication, IT, cyber security, project management, and Public Policy. Currently, he is working for Govt of India’s Secure Mobile project for Defence forces with IIT Madras Pravartak and a visiting faculty for cyber security at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) in Ahmedabad and the Indian Institute of Public Administration in New Delhi for NeGD programs on Cyber Security for Govt officials.
In his previous appointment as Joint Director (IT and Cyber Security), he was involved with ISRO for strategic space-based satellite imagery and intelligence, and other national-level strategic agencies. He is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defence Academy (NDA) in Pune and the Indian Military Academy (IMA) in Dehradun, with an MTech from IIT Delhi in Optoelectronics and Optical Communication.
Lt Col Bhardwaj holds multiple certificates including Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), and Graduate Certificate in Public Policy (GCPP).He is pursuing CISSP certificate. He has also been Head of the Faculty of Communication Engineering (FCE) at the Military College of Telecommunication Engineering (MCTE), Mhow, and a Subject Matter Expert for Quantum Technologies.
