With 18 years of expertise in real estate and 20 years in sales, Mr Sathish brings a rare blend of deep industry knowledge and proven business-building expertise.

Joining Casagrand in 2012, Sathish quickly emerged as a driving force behind the company’s sales engine. As Controlling Director of Sales, he crafted and executed strategies that propelled revenue from ₹180 Cr to an extraordinary ₹7601 Cr in just 13 years, showcasing his sharp market understanding and industry expertise. Under his leadership, sales teams have been transformed into agile, result-oriented units backed by robust systems and processes, ensuring efficiency and long-term scalability.

In 2018, Sathish took on the additional responsibility of leading the Bengaluru Zone, a market that he transformed beyond expectations. Through precise positioning, strategic partnerships, and operational discipline, he drove a 60x growth in just six years, turning Bengaluru into one of Casagrand’s most successful zones. His ability to spot market opportunities early and execute them with precision has been a hallmark of his leadership style. Expanding his portfolio further, Sathish launched and has been leading Casagrand’s resale and rental business (SARA) since 2022. This move has extended the company’s engagement with customers beyond initial sales, strengthening brand loyalty and creating new revenue streams.

In his current role as Deputy Managing Director, Sathish works alongside Founder & Managing Director Mr Arun Mn, sharing responsibility for strategic initiatives, operational control, and tactical decision-making across both residential and non-residential ventures. From steering multi-crore sales growth to unlocking exponential market expansion, Sathish’s journey at Casagrand reflects a leadership style that combines vision with execution, ambition with discipline, and strategy with on-ground impact.
